Domestic solar power project will be energized: Chief Minister

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the domestic solar energy project will be energized in the state. He also explained that the project will be expanded after understanding its importance. The Chief Minister was responding at the morning meeting of Navakerala Sadas to Kerala Kaumudi Chief Editor Deepu Ravi's suggestion that expanding the domestic solar power scheme would be of great benefit to the state.

The Chief Minister answered the important questions of the participants in the meeting. He stated that Navakerala Sadas has proved that the progress of the state is in the interest of the people and the outer ring road project will change the face of Thiruvananthapuram. The Excise Act will effectively be used to remand habitual criminals in drug cases who are a major threat to society.

When it comes to plans to set up waste treatment plants, the approach that often comes is 'not here, but somewhere else'. There should be a general awareness that the state needs waste treatment plants. Adults should find more time to spend with their children. The Chief Minister said that there should not be a situation where children are left lonely when everyone is staring at their mobile phones.

The morning meeting of the constituencies of Thiruvananthapuram, Kazhakootam, Vattiyoorkav, Nemam and Kovalam was held at Edapazhanji RDR Auditorium.

Apart from the cabinet members Chief Secretary V Venu, CPI State Secretary Binoy Viswam MP, Director Shaji N. Karun, Former Principal Secretary to Prime Minister T.K.A. Nair, former Chief Secretary K. Jayakumar, actor Indrans, Palayam Imam Dr. V.P. Suhaib Maulavi, A.A. Rahim MP, Mayor Arya Rajendran, MLAs Kadakampally Surendran, V.K. Prashant, Padma Shri Dr. G. Shankar, Bhagyalakshmi, Transgender Board Member Shyama S. Prabha, Saraswati Vidyalayam Chairman Dr. Rajmohan, boxing star Lekha, Vettukad church vicar Fr. Edison, actor Karamana Sudhir, dancer Tara Kalyan, poet Girish Puliyur, Rajeev Krishnan, director Rajasenan, Film Academy Vice Chairman Premkumar and others also participated in the morning meeting.

Omanakutty teacher with a song

Dr K Omanakutty teacher distinguished herself by singing a meaningful song when everyone presented their suggestions and grievances before the Chief Minister at Navakerala Sadas. The teacher sang the poetic film song 'aayiram pakshikal paadipparannaalum' written by S Ramesan Nair. The message of unity was shared through it.
