LONDON: Aviation experts are on the scene claiming that Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, which disappeared on March 8, 2014 with 227 passengers, can be found if a search is conducted again. Aerospace expert Jean-Luc Marchand and pilot Patrick Blelly claimed that the Malaysian plane that went missing nine years ago could be found in a ten-day search.

They called for a new search for the plane during a lecture at the Royal Aeronautical Society in London. Both have called on the Malaysian government and the Australian Transport Safety Authority to launch a new search for the wreckage of MH370. Marchand and Patrick Blelly added that the search on a specific location is required based on the belief that the plane was hijacked and crashed into the deep sea. Both say someone deliberately turned off the plane's transponder and that the change in direction was not caused by the autopilot. They added that the plane suddenly changed direction when it was in the 'no man's land' between Thai, Indonesian, Indian and Malay airspace.

Flight MH370 disappeared en route from Kuala Lumpur airport in southern Malaysia to Beijing, China with 227 passengers and 12 crew on board. Despite an extensive search, no remains were found. Yesterday, a fisherman in Australia came forward claiming to have found a large part of the missing plane, but authorities ignored it.
