Good news for expats during holiday season; airline with huge offer on ticket prices in domestic and international sector

MUSCAT: Airlines have announced cheap tickets to Kerala during the Onam and Christmas holiday season. The offers have been announced by Salam Air, a budget airline company in Oman. Offers have been announced in the domestic sector as well as in the international sector. Ticket prices have been announced starting at 19 Omani Rials. Offers are available on select services from Muscat and Salalah.

Tickets from Muscat to Salalah, Duqm, Fujairah, Dubai, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Islamabad and Shiraz sectors are available for 19 riyals. The fare to Kozhikode in Kerala and other sectors of India like Delhi, Jaipur and Lucknow is 25 riyals. This benefit is available for those travelling between September 15 and December 15. There is a requirement to book the ticket before the 31st of this month (July).

Meanwhile, only seven kg of hand luggage will be allowed at the offer rate. Additional baggage charges apply. Earlier, Indigo Airlines had also announced services to Abu Dhabi from three airports in India. These services are from Tiruchirappalli, Coimbatore and Mangalore airports. The services will start from the beginning of next month.

The service from Mangalore will start from August 9. This flight will operate every day. This service can also be used by non-residents of Kasaragod and Kannur districts. The service from Tiruchirappalli will start from August 11 at a rate of four per week. The service from Coimbatore will start from August 10. This service will operate three times a week.
