Wife avoided sex whenever he made a move; husband shocked after medical consultation; marriage annulled

GWALIOR: Man annuls his marriage with a transgender. The marriage was annulled after a seven-year legal battle. The incident happened in Gwalior. The man got married in July 2014. After marriage, every time he tried to have sex, his wife used to avoid it stating various reasons. The husband decided to see the doctor with his wife due to this. The examination conducted by the doctor revealed that the man was not married to a woman but a transgender.

The man had approached the court for divorce after a year of marriage. However, the in-laws demanded that the man pay compensation for the divorce. Steps were taken to annul the marriage after discussing it with the lawyer after this.

The man withdrew the divorce case and filed a complaint to annul the marriage. The petition was filed in 2016. The court ordered the annulment of the marriage on the basis that it was proved that one had married by concealing the identity.
