LUCKNOW: Actor Sunny Leone's name and picture was seen on an admit card for the Uttar Pradesh police constable recruitment exam. Pictures of the admit card with Sunny Leone's photo are viral on social media.
It is reported that the actor has registered for the post of constable (Civil Police) on the website of Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRB). The center where Sunny Leone has been allowed to write the exam is Smt Soneshree Memorial Girls College at Tirwa in Kannauj. It is reported that the exam was held on February 17. The mobile number used at the time of registration belongs to a resident of Mahoba in Uttar Pradesh.
The college told media that no one associated with the card appeared for the exam. Police officials said the admit card was fake and the photo of the actress was uploaded during the candidate registration process. The cyber cell of Kanauj police is investigating the case.
Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Exam started on Saturday. The two-day examination was conducted in two shifts in all the districts of Uttar Pradesh. It is also reported that more than 129 people have been arrested across Uttar Pradesh in the last two days for impersonating candidates.
