Molestation case victim faces sexual assault from Magistrate inside chamber; probe 

AGARTALA: Complaint that the magistrate sexually exploited the victim who came to testify in the molestation case. The incident took place on the 16th in the chamber of the First Class Judicial Magistrate, Kamalpur, Tripura. The complaint is that the magistrate grabbed the woman inside the chamber. The woman's complaint says that she immediately ran outside and told her husband about the matter.

The complaint was filed with the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kamalpur. A three-member committee headed by Dhalai District and Sessions Judge Gautam Sarkar has started an investigation into the incident. The woman's husband has lodged a complaint with the Kamalpur Bar Association also. The three-member committee recorded the woman's statement. Tripura High Court Registrar General V Pandey said that no official complaint has been received in the incident yet.
