Malayali medical student dies due to food poison in Uzbekistan

KOLLAM: A medical student from Kollam died in Uzbekistan due to food poisoning. Nazmal Nawaz (21), son of Nawaz Shaukat Ali and Salina Nawaz, died at 25 Sabath Villa, Manayilkulangara MRA Gardens.

He was a second year MBBS student at Bukhara State Medical Institute, Uzbekistan. He died on Wednesday night. The dead body will be brought home and buried in the Makkani mosque. Siblings: Nabin Shah (UK) and Salman.
