30-year-old youth found dead in hotel room at Kazhakoottam

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A 30-year-old IT employee was found dead in a hotel room at Kazhakoottam. He has been identified as Nikhil Antony, an employee of ICON Clinical Research in Technopark. He is a native of Ilanthikkara at Puthenvelikkara panchayat in Ernakulam. His head was covered with a plastic cover and a wiring tie was found tightened around his neck.

The Kazhakoottam police have reached the spot and has started an investigation. The police have recovered a suicide note from the spot. The inquest procedures will start once the forensic team reaches the place.
