Bike rams into tree; two Malayali students killed in Mysuru

MYSURU: Two Malayali students met a tragic end in a bike accident in Mysuru. The accident took place this morning. The deceased have been identified as Kollam native Ashwin P Nair and Jeevan. Jeevan's family is settled in Mysuru. Both Ashwin and Jeevan were final-year BBA students of Amrita Vidyapeetham in Mysuru.

The accident took place when the bike the two were travelling on went out of control and rammed into a tree in Kuvembu Nagar, Mysuru. The accident happened while the two were going to Kannur from Mysuru. Both of them died on the spot.

The bodies will be handed over to relatives after post-mortem. Jeevan is the son of Tom and Mini. He has two siblings- Vidya and Sneha. His funeral will take place at Mysuru Mount Carmel Church Cemetery at 3 pm on Sunday.
