Woman murders daughter after seeing her with boyfriend at their house

HYDERABAD: A woman allegedly strangled her daughter to death after seeing her with boyfriend at their residence in Ibrahimpatnam in Telangana. The deceased has been identified as Bhargavi (19).

When Bhargavi's mother Jangamma came home after work to have lunch, she saw her boyfriend at home. No one else was home at the time. After seeing her mother, Bhargavi sent her boyfriend home.

Jangamma slapped and argued with Bhargavi on seeing her with her lover. After this, she strangled and suffocated her to death.

The statement of Bhargavi's younger brother was crucial in the death of the 19-year-old. According to the brother's statement to the police, he saw his mother beating and killing Bhargavi through the window.

Aftr this, Jangamma was taken into custody. Police said that the incident took place when the family was planning a marriage for Bhargavi.
