KOCHI: The actress, allegedly sexually assaulted in 2017, said that the investigation into the examination of the memory card containing the scenes of her being assaulted while it was in the custody of the trial court, is not satisfactory. She demanded the court to direct the District Sessions Court to exchange the statements. She filed the review plea at the High Court after the Ernakulam District Court rejected this demand.

The sessions judge conducted the inquiry as per the order of the High Court. The report was handed over to the survivor following the High Court order. Statements have also been requested pointing out that the investigation was not conducted properly. "The investigation was conducted in secret without my participation. The help of investigative agencies was not sought. The report was shocking," the actress alleged in the plea.

On March 2, the actress had filed an application in the sessions court seeking the transfer of statements. But as the action was pending before the High Court, it was not handed over. The survivor also questioned actor Dileep's joining as party against the probe into the memory card.
