If the first-day theatre response is a hint, then Vineeth Sreenivasan is definitely on his way to maintaining his unblemished 100 per cent success rate with ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’. The majority of the audience who came out of the theatre were in awe of the movie and rated it among one of Vineeth Sreenivasan’s best works to date.
People were also surprised to see the acting prowess of Dhyan Sreenivasan which was something hitherto kept untouched. Many thanked the director for bringing back the popular Nivin Pauly of the 2010 times and requested the actor to do more such roles to regain his halcyon days.
Pranav Mohanlal’s portrayal was smart for many while some others couldn't stop pointing out the resemblances and mannerisms of Pranav with the Mohanlal of 90s.
Kalyani Priyadarshan, Neeta Pillai, Aju Varghese, Basil Joseph, Neeraj Madhav, Shaan Rahman, YG Mahendran, Krishnachandran, Deepak Parambol and Bhagat Manuel are the other important characters in the movie.
The cinematography is done by Viswajith while Ranjan Abraham did the cuts.
