KOZHIKODE: Former Health Minister and LDF candidate from Vadakara Constituency, KK Shailaja stated that the cyber attack hasn't diminished her morale. Addressing the Vadakara Press Club's Meet the Candidate program regarding the cyber attack during the election campaign, Shailaja emphasized that those fixated solely on the Panoor blast are attempting to divert attention from national-level issues. She asserted that regardless of the falsehoods spread against her, the people won't be swayed. Just as Nipah failed to deter her, neither will this virus. She urged everyone not to assume she's fatigued by the ordeal. "I'm not tired, not as a woman and a political leader" she declared.
Responding to Leader of the Opposition VD Satheesan, Shailaja rebuffed the notion of her campaign being driven by PR tactics. "I didn't have a PR team then and I don't have one now," she asserted. She criticized Satheesan's perspective, suggesting that for those reliant on PR, everything appears tinted. She clarified that the accused in the Panoor blast case aren't affiliated with the CPM. Regarding the Congress's push to prioritize local issues, Shailaja urged them to reconsider their stance, questioning the righteousness of their approach.
