Met Javadekar at son's house, Nandakumar was also there; EP Jayarajan about meeting

KANNUR: LDF convener and CPM leader EP Jayarajan said that he had met with BJP prabhari Prakash Javadekar at his son's flat in Thiruvananthapuram. He said that broker Nandakumar was also there with Prakash Javadekar. He also said that no political matters were discussed in the meeting.

"Prakash Javadekar and Nandakumar came to my son's flat in Thiruvananthapuram. It was a personal meeting. No political matters were discussed," Jayarajan said.

Jayarajan also said that he is not someone who would ever deviate from his position.

"The LDF will record a historic win in the 18th Lok Sabha elections in Kerala. This nation has a future only if the Left front emerges as the winner in the political atmosphere of Kerala. There is no India without the Left front. Everyone is coming forward to vote with this understanding," he said.

"A planned conspiracy took place here yesterday. K Sudhakaran, the UDF candidate in Kannur, and Sobha Surendran, the NDA candidate in Alappuzha, hatched a plan along with some journalists. During the last hours before the elections, they raised a baseless allegation to lighten Sudhakaran's entry into the BJP. They dragged my name into it as part of their planning. There was no need to drag my name into it. I have never talked to Sobha Surendran. I saw her once in Kottayam when I went there during the time of Oommen Chandy's death. On what basis is Sobha raising such baseless allegations? This controversy is the result of the secret understanding between K Sudhakaran and Sobha Surendran. BJP-RSS-Congress political nexus is behind this. This idea was created by some journalists in Kerala. I will take legal action against them," EP Jayarajan said.
