Revanna and Prajwal constantly abused housemaids, complaint lodged

BENGALURU: The NDA alliance has been embroiled in a sexual harassment controversy in Karnataka. A housemaid has filed a sexual harassment case against former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda’s son and grandson. The 47-year-old housemaid has filed a harassment complaint against Prajwal Revanna, a JDS candidate in Hassan, and his father, H D Revanna.

The complaint said Prajwal and Revanna constantly abused the female employees of the house. H D Revanna is Deve Gowda's son and Holenarasipur MLA. The complaint mentioned that Revanna called her within four months of working at home and besides herself, six other female employees were there and all were sexually abused. The complaint also stated that everyone was afraid when Prajwal came home.

Soon after Prajwal's sex tape surfaced, the harassment complaint grabbed headlines. Meantime, there were reports that Prajwal had left the country and is in Germany. JDS claimed that the videos were morphed. Meanwhile, Prajwal complained that the video was fake and have been morphed. The complaint said the video was morphed and circulated to tarnish his image and change the minds of the voters.
