17-year-old POCSO case survivor and three-year-old child go missing

KOZHIKODE: A minor girl and her child have gone missing from the Women's Child Protection Centre in Kozhikode. The 17-year-old girl, a survivor of POCSO case, and her three-year-old child went missing last night.

The girl and her child were produced before the CWC at Vellimadukunnu the other day. They were brought to Women's Child Protection Centre ‘Sakhi’ yesterday afternoon as per the directions of CWC. It is believed that the girl left the place with the child on her own. The police have started an investigation into the incident.
