Came to study and became a 'cook'
Hangara Pauli came to Bengaluru on a student visa in 2014. Later he turned to drug dealing and grew up to be a 'cook' making narcotics.
It is believed that most of the drug reaching Kerala is through his gang. Hangara cannot be reached by phone. The payment has to be made through Google Pa and the drug will be delivered to an unoccupied area. Then the location map will be sent. The customer should go there and collect the package.
