BENGALURU: The test results of the blood samples of those who participated in the rave party held at a farmhouse in Bengaluru have come out. Police confirmed that 86 people, including renowned Telugu actress Hema, were found to have used drugs.
According to the FIR, 73 men and 30 women participated in the rave party. Blood samples of 59 men and 27 women tested positive for drugs.
The Central Crime Branch has taken over the case. The Crime Branch will issue notices to those people whose blood samples tested positive in the drug test. All those who participated in the rave party will be summoned for questioning.
The Crime Branch had seized 17 MDMA pills, cocaine and other drug substances in the raid conducted during a rave party held in a farmhouse near Electronic City in Bengaluru on May 20. The police said that the rave party was held on the pretext of a birthday celebration. Several well-known personalities including women from Andhra and Bengaluru participated in the party. The farmhouse is owned by Gopala Reddy, owner of Bengaluru-based real estate group Concorde. The police said that the party was organised by a person named Vasu from Hyderabad.
