LUCKNOW: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he grew up washing tea cups and plates and serving tea. The Prime Minister also said that Modi has a deep connection with tea. Modi's remarks were made while addressing a rally in Mirzapur.
The Prime Minister also criticized the opposition during the rally. "No one wants to waste their vote for Samajwadi Party. No one will vote for a drowning person. The common man will only vote for the candidate whose government is sure to be formed. The country has recognized the members of the INDIA alliance. These people are deeply communal, extreme casteists and extreme familyists. These people take decisions only on this basis whenever their government is formed," Modi added.
He further affirmed that CM Yogi is carrying forward the 'Swachhta Abhiyan' very courageously. "The sacred Constitution of our country is also their target. They want to steal the reservation of SC-ST-OBC. Our Constitution clearly says that there cannot be reservation based on religion. Samajwadi Party had released its manifesto during the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections in 2012. SP had said in its manifesto that, Muslims will also be given reservation just as Dalits and backward classes. They are trying to take away the rights of SC-ST-OBC to please the vote bank," Modi accused.
