12-year-old girl missing from Aluva; Police starts search

KOCHI: A 12-year-old migrant girl has gone missing in Aluva. The girl, who lives in Edayappuram, Aluva disappeared today at five in the morning after going to a shop. When she did not return for a long time, her parents went to the police station and lodged a complaint.

Two months ago, the child came to Aluva with her mother from Kolkata. However, it became clear to the police that the child was not interested in staying here. It is suspected that the child boarded a train to return to Kolkata. Current information suggests that a friend is with the child. The child had previously told her parents that she did not want to stay in Aluva. The police are trying to determine which train the child boarded and bring her back.
