Offered money for workout; surprised to see trainer’s message

Singer and actress Anju Joseph openly said that even if she has to go to an old age home in future, she will go to the gym regularly to live a healthy life. She said that she started living well only after the age of thirty. In a recent interview with a YouTube channel, Anju Joseph revealed more about her life.

‘There are many reasons for my workout. Staying fit is an important reason. The second is to improve mental health. I want to sleep well. I am staying alone. I should be cautious about my future. I have to stay healthy if a situation arises where I need to go to an old age home.

‘I post videos of me and my trainer doing workouts on social media. Another trainer who happened to see this video, messaged me. He asked me if I could workout with him and offered me money for that. I was surprised to see it. I learned from life to live in time. I learned to live after thirty years. It was only after a major trauma I was able to understand it. I started living life only now. There will be problems every day. Just accept it and move on,’ she said.

She had opened up about her divorce a few days ago. She married television programme director Anoop John. The actor said that breakups are difficult and every relationship ends with pain.

'Whether it's with a partner or a parent. No matter how much you say no, there will be pain. It will be a bit difficult to get out of it. Being a good girl syndrome, took some time for the decision of divorce. It was a relationship found by me. So, the pressure to somehow take this relationship further was mine. Will get married again if found the right person. More attention will be on my career,’ she said.
