'Vijay should spend time with wife, not Trisha'; Actress breaks silence with sly X post

Controversies never stop coming from Singer Suchitra. After creating uproar over her remarks against Dhanush, the talented singer arraigned actor Vijay last week for his purported dissonance with wife Sangeetha. Suchitra had asked Vijay to spend more time with his family rather than hanging around with actress Trisha.

Suchitra alleged Vijay’s separation from his family and said the actor is not on great terms with his wife. Albeit many irked responses from Vijay fans on social media, the actor or his team didn't respond to the allegations.

And now, in a veiled attack directed at Suchitra, actress Trisha decided to post a few photos of her in a gorgeous salwar kameez on X with a cryptic caption. “If there’s anything that you should stop wearing, it’s the weight of other people’s opinions.” This was Trisha’s purported response to Suchitra’s spew of allegations.

Earlier too, the singer blamed the ‘carefree party addict’ lifestyle followed by Trisha. The Suchi Leaks scandal that rocked Kollywood in 2017 also had Trisha’s name in it. Hitherto, the actress had followed stoic silence but now it seems she has decided it as time for payback.

The Suchi leaks of 2017 revealed private photos of actors regaling in pubs and bars. A massively adored singer back then, the single incident of 2017 ruined Suchitra’s singing career. She has not been part of Kollywood since then.
