21-year-old gym trainer found murdered in her flat; Male friend arrested

NEW DELHI: A 21-year-old woman, Sneha Nath, originally from Assam, was found murdered in her flat. Police found Sneha unconscious at the scene following a tip-off. She was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries. Sneha, a gym trainer, was allegedly murdered by her friend Raj, 24, also a native of Assam, who has been arrested in connection with the crime.

After receiving a tip-off, the police reached the flat in Dwarka. That's when they found Sneha unconscious. The police say that the murder was due to a verbal dispute. Raj's hands are also injured. The police suspect that this happened during a fight between the two.

Both of them knew each other for a long time. But they were having issues in their relationship for a few days. Conflicts and arguments were common. Raj reached Sneha's house last evening. While the two were talking, an argument occurred and Raj attacked Sneha with the knife he kept in his hand.

Sneha fell to the ground after being stabbed and strangulated. When Sneha became unconscious, it was Raj who called the police. Even though Raj claims that he is the only one behind the murder, the police do not fully believe this. This will become clear once the interrogation is completed. CCTV footage is also being collected.
