THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Pulamanthol Mooss Ayurveda Hospital, a renowned Ayurvedic treatment centre in Kerala, has said that it is ready to ensure free treatment to the children of diver Eshwar Malpe. The authorities informed Kerala Kaumudi that they are ready to take Malpe's two children suffering from cerebral palsy to Pulamanthol Hospital and arrange free treatment, accommodation and food. Trust member Dr Sriraman said that the free treatment for Malpe's children is being provided under Pulamanthol's unique project Thanal.
The hospital authorities have informed Eshwar Malpe about it. Malpe told Kerala Kaumudi Online that it was with god's grace that he received such a helping hand and would soon reach Pulamanthol. His 23-year-old son and seven-year-old daughter are to be treated. Neither of them can perform their basic needs without the help of their father and mother. His 23-year-old son, who is differently-abled, is completely bedridden. Malpe's daughter can walk for some distance holding hands. They can only identify their father and mother. Malpe also said that the treatment of the children is incurring a heavy financial cost. Malpe had another son who was in a similar situation. He died two years ago at the age of 23. Eshwar Malpe was actively involved in the search for Arjun, who was trapped in a landslide in Shirur.
An expert panel comprising Dr Roshni, Dr Sriraman, and Dr Jayasankaran will treat the children under the leadership of Dr Aryan, an expert from the Ashtavaidya healers. Dr Sriraman responded that the treatment can be decided only after seeing the children in person and examining them. He also said that many people suffering from cerebral palsy have been cured through their treatment.
