Only Rs 52,000 in cash; Priyanka Gandhi reveals assets in nomination papers

KALPETTA: UDF candidate Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has only Rs 52,000 in cash as per the information in her nomination papers. Priyanka Gandhi has a total deposit of Rs 4.24 crore and has assets worth Rs 11.98 crore. Priyanka Gandhi's husband Robert Vadra has total deposits of Rs 37.91 crore. Her other assets include gold worth Rs 1.15 crore, silver worth Rs 29.55 lakh and real estate worth Rs 2.10 crore. Robert Vadra doesn't own any land.

Priyanka Gandhi owns a 2004 Honda CRV. She has a liability of Rs 15.75 lakh and has three cases against her. According to the affidavit, Robert Vadra owns commercial buildings worth Rs 27.64 crore. Priyanka owns housing complexes worth Rs 7.74 crore while Robert Vadra owns housing complexes worth Rs 27.64 crore. Priyanka's source of income is rent, interest from the bank and various deposits.

Priyanka Gandhi has a PG diploma in Buddhist Studies from a university in the UK and a BA degree in Psychology from Delhi University.
