Justice PV Kunhikrishnan, who questioned the irrational conduct of taking money from participants, also criticized the magistrate's court decision granting bail to the organizers.
“The organizers were not ready to stop the event despite the MLA suffering a tragic accident. Regardless of the position, whether it is MLA or common man, the organizers should have shown the manners to stop the event after such a terrible accident.” said the Court.
