Minister KB Ganesh Kumar stated that he had endured significant criticism and harassment for a crime he did not commit. He was responding to the favourable forensic report in the property dispute case with his sister. He emphasized that whatever property he possesses has been earned through his hard work. If his father had given him anything, it was only after his father's passing. Ganesh also clarified that he did not receive any lucrative properties and said that those making accusations against him were the ones who took such assets.

Ganesh Kumar’s words:
"I am very happy that the truth has come to light. I am a firm believer in truth and have faith in God. Those who know me well are aware of who I am. The truth may remain hidden initially, but it will eventually surface. I have endured a lot of criticism and harassment for a crime I did not commit. I always have faith in the honourable court.

I live today by the hard work I put into acting in films. Although I was born into a wealthy family, I started acting in films at the age of 19, leaving everything behind. I wanted to live by working hard, and I am still proud of that.

If I own any property, it has been earned through my own efforts. If my father gave me anything, it was only after his death. I did not receive any assets that generate significant income. The assets in question have been taken away by those who filed this case."

The forensic report in the property dispute case with his sister, Usha Mohandas, has come out in favour of Ganesh Kumar. Usha’s claims that the signatures on the will prepared by their father, R Balakrishna Pillai, were forged have been rendered irrelevant by the forensic findings. Usha had approached the court, asserting that the signature on the will did not belong to Balakrishna Pillai. She alleged that KB Ganesh Kumar had forged the signature during a time when Balakrishna Pillai's health was deteriorating and had acquired the property fraudulently. Following this, the Munsiff Court in Kottarakkara sent the signatures on the will for forensic examination.
