BENGALURU: The Karnataka High Court has issued a vital order that students who studied in unrecognized private nursing colleges should not be denied employment. The order was passed by the single bench while considering pleas filed by two candidates from Kakkanad in Kerala. Thousands of students were denied employment due to the lack of recognition by the nursing council for private colleges in Karnataka. Following this, the Malayali candidates approached the high court.
