Scolded by parents, ninth class boy hangs self in Thodupuzha

THODUPUZHA: A ninth-class boy was found hanging at Kanchiyar in Thodupuzha. He has been identified as Gokul. He was 14. The initial conclusion is that he may have ended his life after his parents scolded him.

His parents had scolded him for the use of phone and over his studies. He died when his parents went for work. When they called the boy and couldn't get him on the line, informed the neighbors. When they arrived, found the boy hanging on the side of the kitchen. The police have launched a detailed investigation into the incident. The body has been shifted to the hospital.
