THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister V Sivankutty stated that the High Court's dismissal of Congress MLA Mathew Kuzhalnadan's petition seeking vigilance investigation against Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his family, underscores the falseness of these allegations. Being a lawyer, Mathew Kuzhalnadan, might know that any petition should be filed based on evidence. Yet Mathew Kuzhalnadan prepared to file a petition based only on false allegations. This is clearly politically motivated.

Mathew Kuzhalnadan, who is also a public servant, should have shown at least a little morality. Making false allegations against women and trying to make a news out of it constantly is extremely heinous. What will be Mathew Kuzhalnadan's stance if such false allegations are raised against his own family?

The High Court verdict was also a setback to the stance that any allegations can be made against anyone. Mathew Kuzhalnadan should be prepared to apologize to the Chief Minister and his family in the face of the High Court verdict. Minister V Sivankutty also pointed out that BJP leader B Gopalakrishnan's apology to PK Sreemathi teacher is an example that Mathew Kuzhalnadan can also follow in this regard.
