THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Jomon Puthanpurakkal has filed a complaint against KM Abraham to the Chief Minister after the CBI ordered a probe into his illegal wealth acquisition. Jomon has rejected Abraham's allegations and said that Abraham's letter to the Chief Minister was an illegal act. Jomon has also pointed out in his complaint that Abraham's allegations against him were rejected by the High Court. Jomon's complaint comes at a time when the government is preparing to investigate Abraham's letter.

Jomon says that the demand for a fresh investigation into the allegations rejected by the High Court is illegal and that the investigation into the conspiracy is against him. "Abraham has a personal grudge against me after I approached the Vigilance Court. The investigation saying I misused the PWD rest house came after that. The financial audit report was prepared without hearing my side. This report was rejected by the Legislative Assembly Petitions Committee."

Jomon also says in his complaint that talking to individuals to expose corruption is not a conspiracy. "Abraham had earlier raised the allegation that I conspired with two people. He is repeating the same thing again to cover up the shame of the CBI investigation. Jomon submitted the complaint to the Chief Minister along with a copy of the verdict of the CBI investigation."
