'Roughed up for praising movie 'Narivetta' on Facebook'; Manager files complaint against actor Unni Mukundan

KOCHI: In an unusual incident, actor Unni Mukundan’s manager appeared before the police with a complaint against the actor on Monday night. In his complaint filed with the Infopark police, manager Vipin Kumar alleged brutal assault from the actor for putting up a note praising the movie Narivetta on Facebook.

As per the complainant, the assault took place inside an apartment in Kakkanad. The complaint was filed with the Infopark police.

As per the report, Vipin was allegedly beaten up and was insulted with expletives by the actor. Police have registered a case in this regard. Police will verify the statements and proceed with action against the actor. Unni Mukundan has not responded to the matter. The complainant has been working with Unni Mukundan for the past several years.
