‘There is corruption in Thiruvananthapuram Medical College. It is being damaged by corruption. If we ask anything to those in uniforms, they fail to respond and stare at us. I came here on Friday night for an emergency angiogram. Today is Wednesday. It has been six days.
I am a patient reffered to Thiruvananthapuram as an emergency case. I do not understand the incompetence they are showing in my name. When I asked the doctor who came for the rounds about the angiogram, he had no idea. It is not clear whether they are doing this by taking bribes.
Do you know how much it costs to have two of a family stay in a place like Thiruvananthapuram? The hospital, which should be the biggest refuge of the common people, is becoming a curse for every life. I came here without knowing. If my life is in danger, the officials here are responsible. ‘If anything happens to me, this voice should be informed to the outside world,’ the message to his friend said. He died within a few hours of sending this voice message. Venu is an auto driver.
