KOCHI: Confident Group Managing Director T A Joseph reassured investors of the company’s ability to overcome any crisis. Joseph said that the company is solely responsible for all the projects currently being undertaken in Kerala. In the press conference held at Kochi, the MD also requested investors to be aware of the false propaganda currently rampant on social media.
MD Joseph:
“The death of Chairman C.J. Roy will not affect any projects in Kerala or Bengaluru. This company does not have a single rupee in debt. The relationship with Mohanlal is solely limited to the movie industry. Antony Perumbavoor is also a close friend. The company does not have a single investor from the film industry. Although it is a fact that the company has yet to receive money from many in the film industry.
We are very satisfied with the SIT investigation. Some YouTubers are portraying the company in a bad light. Vilifying a person even after his death is an abominable act. The allegations that the Confident group took money from filmmakers and real estate agents and invested it abroad are false. Malayalees who have kept trust in the company for years will easily understand the reality.
Work has resumed in many sites. The death of Chairman Roy will in no way affect the projects of the company.”
