PM Modi to begin election campaign in Palakkad Kotta Maidanam today; Rahul Gandhi to visit Kerala tomorrow

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Kerala today to campaign for the upcoming assembly polls. PM Modi will land by helicopter at the Mercy College grounds in Palakkad and inaugurate the NDA conference at Kotta Maithanam at 1.30 pm. He will then leave for Thrissur.

PM Modi will then participate in a road show at 4.30 pm at the Swaraj Round in Thrissur. The road show is 900 meters from the district hospital premises to the Bini Tourist Home at Swaraj Round. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will also be campaigning in the coming days.

Lok Sabha Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi will arrive in Kerala tomorrow to campaign for the UDF. The campaign will be held in Adoor. A road show will also be held. Rahul Gandhi will land at the K.I.P. Battalion Camp Ground in Vadakkadathukavu by helicopter at 11 am. He will travel to Adoor in an open vehicle along with Opposition Leader V.D. Satheesan. He will then address a public meeting in Adoor. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge will also campaign in Kerala.
