Senior leaders including Mullappally are not picking up calls, will say what's written on Sudheeran's resignation letter after reading it: K Sudhakaran

KOCHI: KPCC president K Sudhakaran on Saturday said that he did not know the reason behind the resignation of former KPCC president VM Sudheeran from the Congress Political Affairs Committee. He said that he will say what was written on Sudheeran's resignation letter after reading it. Sudhakaran also said that no one was excluded from the party reorganisation.

"I've spoken to Sudheeran over the phone. He did not give any reason. The leadership was not at fault. Even if senior leaders are called on the issue, they refuse to respond. Mullappally Ramachandran is not picking up my calls. Adequate consultations are held within the party. However, many leaders are staying away from the meetings," Sudhakaran said.
