KOZHIKODE: Samastha rejected the anti-communist resolution raised at its Malappuram conference. Its President Jifri Muthukoya said Samastha is not functioning for gathering people for politics and that no one can hijack Samastha. He added that Samastha's position was as stated by the President and the General Secretary.
Jifri Koya said he will not comment further on the anti-CPM resolution. He said Samastha is hijacked by the IUML and the venues are being used by the IUML for political campaigns. Jifri Koya said that Minister Abdurahiman's remarks were part of that and that Samastha has links with all parties.
