KOCHI: The development vision of the LDF will be discussed in the Thrikkakara by-election, said Minister P Rajeev. The voters would think four years should not have been wasted and that the goal of the Left Front is to reach 100 seats, he said.
It's a good thing to discuss everything including the Silver Line. The LDF will bring together the people who stand for development. He said that he hoped that people from various parties would join the LDF in view of the current situation and vision of development.
Meantime, Congress leader K V Thomas said the development of Thrikkakara and the development of Kerala will be discussed in the elections. He made it clear that he would stand by development politics and not any politics.
He also demanded that Kochi Metro be extended to Thrikkakara. Thomas said that P T Thomas and Uma Thomas are like family members and that politics and personal relationships are different.
The development the people should get should not be deprived in the name of blind political animosity. If they could sit together for Iftar then why can’t they sit together for development, asked Thomas.
