Karan Johar is one of the most criticised directors in Bollywood. He is often accused of providing opportunities for star kids, thereby promoting nepotism. In addition, the filmmaker has also been involved in numerous controversies over his comments.

In a recent Koffee With Karan episode, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu said that she has worked with Nayanthara, who is the biggest actress down south. However, Karan said in response, “Not according to my list”. This had spoked a controversy amidst Nayanthara fans who felt Karan’s comments to be insulting the actress. Later, the director explained the scenario and clarified, “I said, according to the list that I had from Ormax, Samantha was the number one star. Nayanthara’s fans have misconstrued the conversation.”

Now, in Koffee With Karan’s latest episode with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amir Khan, Karan Johar has made some controversial comments once again.

When Karan asked Kareena about whether quality sex after welcoming a child is a myth or a reality, Kareena replied, "You would know!" To this, Karan reminded her that his mother is probably watching the episode. This led to Aamir Khan coming back at Karan Johar, and the actor asked jokingly, "Your mother doesn't mind you talking about other people's sex lives?”, and added what kind of question is he asking. The conversation is seen in the talk show’s latest promo video.
