Husband kills wife with 'tawa' over delay in cooking food

NOIDA: Noida police arrested a 37-year-old man who killed his wife by hitting her on the head over delay in cooking and serving food. The murder was reported under the Phase 3 police station in Shramik Kunj area of ​​Mamura.

Anuj Kumar, a native of Bihar, was working as an auto rickshaw driver in Noida. He came home from work on Monday and had a fight with his wife Khushbu over cooking dinner. As the argument escalated, Anuj Kumar hit his wife on the head with a 'tawa' which is used to cook food.

Anuj Kumar was arrested near the Sector 59 metro station after the residents informed the police about the incident. Police informed that FIR has been registered against him on charges of murder.

Anuj Kumar and Khushbu, who migrated to Noida from Bihar, have a five-year-old son.
