CHENNAI: Our neighboring state Tamil Nadu gives equal importance to Diwali like that of North Indian states. It is a common practice of businessmen in North India to give surprise gifts to their employees on Diwali. This time, a jewellery owner in Tamil Nadu has shocked his employees by giving them surprise gifts. Jayanti Lal Chayanthi, the owner of Challani Jewellery gave cars and bikes to the employees as Diwali gifts.

He gave eight cars and 18 bikes as gifts to the employees and colleagues. While some were surprised to see the gift, others were ecstatic. ‘This is to encourage their work and add something special to their lives. They have worked with me in all ups and downs in my business and helped me earn profits,’ said Chayanthi.
