DHAKA: Team India has suffered another blow ahead of the second test against Bangladesh with stand-in captain KL Rahul suffering an injury while batting in a practice session. Indian batting coach Vikram Rathour said that Rahul suffered a blow to his hand during the practice session. He also said that Rahul is being examined by the team doctor. According to sources, the injury is not serious.
Rahul was named captain of the test side after Rohit Sharma suffered an injury during the ODI series against Bangladesh. India needs to win the second test in the series to finish second in the World Test Championship.
