Karyavattom ODI: Minister Abdurahiman blames organizers, intense heat for low turnout 

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister V Abdurahiman has responded to the controversy that his statement led to the low turnout for the ODI match between India and Sri Lanka at Greenfield Stadium, Kariyavattom. In his Facebook post, the minister blamed the Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) for the low turnout for the match.

Abdurahiman also pointed out that weak opponents and intense heat contributed to poor ticket sales. He added that the minister and the government are being blamed for covering up the lapse on the part of the organizers
