Actor Tiny Tom reminisces his fond memories with late actress and television host Subi Suresh. Tiny Tom shared an emotional note on Facebook on the first death anniversary of the actress. Subi, I still haven't deleted your name from my phone, but there are no messages or calls from you, I will think that you are on a foreign trip,’ Tiny Tom wrote on Facebook.

Subi...sister..it's been a year since you left us..I still haven't deleted your name from my phone. Even though there are no messages or calls from you, I will think that you are on a foreign trip. I still remember taking you for a shoot for the first time and I was there with you in your last journey. We will definitely meet at that beautiful shore.

The demise of Subi Suresh, noted for her unique comedy style, was unexpected. She died following a liver disease. She died while efforts were underway for a liver transplant. Her aunt’s daughter was found as the donor. Her death left her loved ones in tears amid preparations to get married.

Subi, who gained attention through mimicry and mono act, became famous through Cochin Kalabhavan. The comedy show Cinemala changed her career. She spread laughter by hosting television shows and making her presence known in stage comedy shows. She became a favorite of children through the programme Kuttipattalam. She was interested in dance while studying in schools. Subi, who became famous for performing break dance, later made her way to comedy shows.

She travelled a lot for programmes in foreign venues. Naseer Sankranti - Subi superhit team made the audience laugh with their comedy shows. She entered the film industry through Rajasenan’s Kanakasimhasam. She had acted in more than 20 films like Panchavarnathatha, Drama, 101 Wedding, Grihanathan, Killadi Raman, Lucky Jokers Elsamma Enna Annkutty. However, comedy shows gave her an address.

Subi had a large circle of friends. However, she never shared about her illness with anybody. Everyone saw Subi who makes everyone smile. The sudden departure of Subi made her close one’s cry.
