The footage was captured from a nearby house.

An Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner that took off at 1.39 pm today crashed in Meghani area. The extent of the disaster is beyond expectation as the accident occurred in a residential area. Locals and fire brigade personnel have reached the spot and are continuing rescue operations. Black smoke is billowing in the area.

There are indications that there are over 242 passengers, including eleven children and two infants. This includes 53 British citizens. However, no official information has been released regarding this. Initial reports suggest that a technical fault caused the accident. However, this has not been confirmed. The possibility of a sabotage is also being investigated.
