
BENGALURU: Four Sabarimala pilgrims were killed after their car fell off a flyover at Kolar in Karnataka. The accident happened early Monday morning between 2.15 and 2.30 am in Abbenahalli village in Malur taluk. Police said the four killed were friends and they were on their way to Sabarimala. Police said the accident was caused by over speeding.
The bodies will be handed over to the families after postmortem.
37 Sabarimala pilgrims were injured when a bus going from Bengaluru to Kerala crashed into the back of a lorry near Perumanallur in Tiruppur last week.
