11 students of Kozhikode Medical College suspended for ragging

KOZHIKODE: 11 students of Kozhikode Medical College have been suspended for ragging. The principal suspended second year students for ragging their juniors (first year). The action was taken on the complaint filed by the victims of ragging.

The students were ragged in the college hostel. The complaint said that senior students harassed them mentally and physically. The principal took action against the students based on the report of a five-member committee.
