Autorickshaw accident at Pathanamthitta: Not five but six children: Missing four-year-old found

PATHANAMTHITTA: It is reported that Yadu Krishnan, the four-year-old boy who went missing after an autorickshaw carrying school children lost control and fell into a stream, has been found. The child was found during a search conducted by fire brigade personnel along with locals near the accident site. Yadu Krishnan was shifted to the hospital.

It was initially thought that the child had reached home safely after the accident. However, the parents informed that the child had not reached home. A comprehensive search was started at the accident spot on the instructions of Konni MLA KU Janesh Kumar.

Aadi Lakshmi (8), a student of Sree Narayana Public School, died in the accident. The accident occurred when the driver swerved the auto rickshaw after seeing a snake. Initial information was that there were five children in the auto. All of them were admitted to various hospitals in Pathanamthitta. It was only after about an hour that it became clear that Yadu Krishnan was missing.
