Chicken blood to indicate sexual assault; unique plan by young women to honeytrap 64-year-old man, crores extorted

MUMBAI: A group of young women trapped a businessman in a honey trap and extorted crores. It was after the businessman complained about the continued attempt to extort money that the fraud gang's unique scheme came to light. Mumbai Police has filed a chargesheet against the four-member fraud gang that includes two young women. The incident related to the case took place in 2019. The gang of four extorted three crore rupees from a businessman from Kuala Lumpur using chicken blood.

Currently, police have filed a charge sheet against Monica Bhagwan (Dev Chaudhary), Lubna Wazir (Swapna), Anil Chaudhary (Akash) and Manish Sodhi. Anil Chaudhary and Swapna started their friendship with the businessman in 2017. After understanding the financial situation of the victim, the plan was prepared for the fraud.

In 2019, Swapna and Monika reached the five-star hotel where the businessman was staying. After that, Monica got into a pre-arranged argument with the businessman. She applied the chicken blood she brought to her body and faked injuries. Then both Swapna and Monika raised allegations of sexual harassment.

Monica threatened to lodge a complaint against the businessman for sexually harassing them both. It was said that the footage of the dispute with the businessman and the bleeding on the body was already recorded on the phone, so it can be given as evidence. In this way, they were able to extort Rs 3.25 crore from the businessman. The businessman complained to the police after they demanded another two crore rupees based on the video. According to the complaint received in 2021, the police arrested the main accused, including Monika.
