THRISSUR: The Light and Sound Association came forward criticizing CPM state secretary M V Govindan’s act of firing the operator when he came to repair the mike during the reception accorded to party’s janakeeya prathirodha jatha at Mala in Thrissur. The association termed the act as painful. He insulted the operator having years of experience, in public. The light and sound association registered their protests over the incident.

Meantime, the mike operator said that he is unhappy over the incident. He said that he just told the leader to talk close to the mike and opined that public servants should learn about mike balancing. Will not demand an apology and is leaving that to Govindan, he said.
